About Us

Ice Coach Online was created by the professional ice skaters Lloyd Jones and Jono Partridge in the bid to bring affordable yet accurate and useful knowledge to our customers. 

After dreaming up the idea in 2012, it has been a constant learning experience (ironically) in order to create Ice Coach Online and we believe that we are bringing a groundbreaking experience to all of our users.

Ice Coach Online will constantly strive to further not only our customer’s knowledge but also our own, which in turn we will pass on to any users using our service in this ever evolving sport. 

Our vision is to be recognised as a performance leader in figure skating. Being a performance leader means we will achieve a high level of customer service, provide a varied range of knowledge from several different sources and listen closely to customer feedback in order to improve our service wherever possible.
